Government founding 12% from Fed- State and

local are combined 93 percent

Funding comes from little or no government

funding- open donations- third party donationsfunding is used for school supplies and for
students

No child left behind- the state makes the

mandates on testing and other regulations- the
parents can choose a school where they send their
kids if they fail- its based on a lump sumflexible funding- backpack founding-each student
gets what they want to get- you can get the help if
you need it

No common core and no improving test scorejust works on improving with in the classroom
(home scholars are tested on the same basis as
other students)

School Boards

They look out for the students and they dont

regulate that much- parents are often times board
members-again we look out for the kids

Has a common ground in education-parents and

people- Alumni and parents- seems like a college

Collaboration with
outside
agencies

Work with police and other services- often use

YMCA and other organizations for before and
after school

The often Collaborate with private groups (local

for students (Title 29) and regulates this-Free
transpiration to all students if they live in a area
where this is not available

has more freedom- knows your parentsvaccinations-Home school is mandated too- EL
