HOW TO MAKE SMOKED BEEF RISSOLES

INGRIDIENTS:
- For the cover
1. 100g of high-protein flour
2. 1 egg
3. salt to taste
4. 250 ml liquid milk
5. Cooking oil to spread
- For the filling
1. 3 pieces of smoked beef, cut into 6 parts
2. 2 boiled eggs, cut 4-6 parts
3. 150 grams of cheddar cheese, grated (can also use diced cheese
or cheddar cheese spread)
4. 100 gr mayonnaise
5. 2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
- For Sheathing
1. 1 egg, beaten off
2. 1 tablespoon of liquid milk / water
3. Crispy wheat bread
METHOD:
1. For the cover: Mix and stir all ingredients until all already mixed. Filter it
to avoid lumps of flour. Create a thin omelet pan that has been oiled
nonstick cooking oil.
2. For the filling: Mix mayonnaise with sweet condensed milk. Set aside.
Take an omelet, place 1 slice of boiled egg, 1 slice of bacon, grated
cheese to taste and give tablespoon mayonnaise mixture and fold
like an envelope.
3. For the sheathing: Beat eggs with milk. Dip the risoles into it then roll
over the entire surface of the bread flour to bread flour risoles closed.
4. After that, fry the risoles in hot oil until it is lightly browned. Lift.
5. Serve with bottled chili sauce.
