A method of enhancing network security is to utilize a new generation
of routers. These routers could be given a unique encrypted
identification, as well as their geographic location by GPS mapping. To
illustrate the method, a host computer in communication with a remote
system, could utilize encrypted router ID/GPS mapping, from router to
router, along a path in which the exact geographic location of all
transmitted data is known. In this way, data packets sent to and from
the host/remote computers is uniquely specified. This mapping
technique would ensure authentication, hence security by limiting
certain router ID and/or GPS mapped restrictions accessible to the host
and remote computers.
