Brief Description: This is an exercise that I completed using Excel that allows me
to put a students grades into an organized format.

Rationale: To demonstrate my understanding of Standard Three, I choose my

excel gradebook. By creating the grade book and keeping it organized I
demonstrated that I can exhibit professional behaviors by using a digital tool. I can
then use the final grades from the gradebook to drive my students to do better in a
global society, all in a professional manner.
