It included the evelopment ofa strategic pian, «strong emphasis on active customer service, support of an engaged staf, improvement ofthe Library building, and adoption of current technology. A little more than four years Inter, we have checked off everything on thelist, The quality and consistency of service are high and highly prized. The staffs skilled, happy, and commited to the Library's mission. The collection is current and dynamic. The building is an object of ‘community pride. Ever-evolving technology supports learning and growth. Now itis time for a new To Do List. You deserve to build this new list with a new Director who Will be present to see it through to completion, | will depart with te satisfying knowledge that the work we have done has enriched and empowered the community. ‘Lam very proud of what we have accomplished together.
