1.

One of the financial objectives of Neelam, it is to invest 15,000

in order to buy a van to transport their canine friends when
going to the park.
2. Yes, she should get the investment from the bank, because if
not, Harvey could just ask for one more share of the company
(since each has a 50% of the shares) in exchange, and that
would mean that Harvey is the one which has the most power in
the company, so she will not be able to make decisions on the
company. Therefor, Neelam, might loose interest and the
enthusiasm she had with the company she started. Also,
because banks usually are more serious than people just
lending you money for some shares of your company.
No, she shouldnt go to the bank for an investment
because maybe at the time the bank rates are very high so that
would mean giving back much more money than that borrowed.
Also, Harvey might be kind and not ask for that 1%, since
maybe he is just there as a lucrative purpose, and doesnt
understand a dog business, in which Neelam is very passionate,
so if he asked for that extra % he might make the business
close because since he had absolute power over the firm, he did
not know were to go.
