First,

I cut out the model and then position her onto the page.

Then, I add a gradient background of light blue/turquoise




Then I add some lighting effects, this includes a gradient map of turquoise and
white set to soft light, and a gradient layer of black and white also set to soft
light.

Now I add the masthead, the masthead is a darker version of the background and
Ive added a gradient onto it for a better effect.


I add the artist name and set its colour to pink. I then re-arrange the layers so the
words are behind the model.

























I then add the cover lines, their colouring is a shade darker than the background,
I give the subheadings an underline to make them stand out more.



I then add the barcode and pricing, but put them to the side in the corner so they
are out of the way.


























I then add a cell line using the eclipse tool and I add the artist names at the side.
