2. React according to the most current acts pertinent to the Occupational Safety and
Health. (P3, PLO2)

3. Comply the current technique on reporting of accidents/ incident according to the

OSHA 1994, FMA 1967 or DOSH Requirements. (A2, PLO8)
Task 1: (Question select by the lecturer based on the group in a class)
1. Based on photo given, identify all potential hazards, assess the risks by
utilizing appropriate technique and recommend control measures for
justifying the identified hazards.
2. Risks control should be in accordance to sequence of hierarchy of control.
3. Record the exercise in a standard format.

Report Guidelines:
1. You need to form a group of 5 people. Your group will write a report and on the
main findings of your case study. You case study report must include:

An introduction that provides a description and information based on the

task given.
