25-08-15 An industry has three factories and four warehouses. The production capacity of
three factories F1, F2 and F3 are 15, 25 and 10 respectively. The requirements of
four warehouses W1, W2, W3 and W4 are 5, 15, 15 and 15 respectively. The
cost of transporting one item (in Rs./unit) from factory F1 to four warehouses
are 10, 2, 20 and 11 respectively. Similar costs from factory F2 are 12, 7, 9 and
20, and from factory F3 are 4, 14, 16 and 18 respectively. Decide the most
economic shipping schedule. Formulate it as a transportation model.
