EXPERIMENTATION PART 1 (October 07, 2015)

Methodology:
1. REMOVE the food and water of the rats.
2. Give an oral glucose load to make the rats hyperglycemic.
3. Measure the blood glucose load to check if it is hyperglycemic (>180mg/dl)
*use the animal glucometer
4. Administer the (low, medium, high) extract in the assigned rats(Cage C &D).
*Leave the rats WITHOUT water and food.
5. After 6 hours, test the blood glucose level of the rats.
*Give food good for all cages because we may not be allowed to go back on
Sunday.
*Refill the water bottles with more water.
