Good Criteria for validating questionnaire

Criteria
1. Are the questions on the subject ?
2. Are the questions perfectly clear and are not ambiguous?
3. Do the questions pull or have extractive power? Will it be
answered
by a large number of representatives to permit it to have
validity ?
4. Do the questions get at something stable, something deep seated,
well considered , non superficial and not ephemeral, but
something which is typical of the individual or of the situation?
5. Is the information obtain consistent and in agreement with
expectancy?
6. Do the responses show a reasonable range of variation?
7. Are the items sufficiently inclusive?
8. Is there a possibility of obtaining an external criterion to evaluate
the questionnaire?
