Reaction Paper of Hilton Worldwide
Hilton Worldwide is a global hospitality company which starts their business in
United States. Hilton Worldwide is one of the largest and fastest growing hospitality
companies in the world, with more than 4.440 hotels, resorts and timeshare properties
comprising more than 730,000 rooms in 97 countries and territories.
From their presentation, I learned a lot from their company. Many of Hiltons
properties are franchised to independent operators and companies. And this business
model has already proven successful in rapidly expanding the various Hilton brands to
markets all over the United States. In addition, Hilton Worldwide is one of the
happiest places to work according to the surveys which include characteristics such as
work-life balance, company culture and reputation, and the relationships employees
have with their bosses.
I absolutely like to work for Hilton Worldwide. First, my career goal is to
become a successful hospitality general manager. Hilton Worldwide as one of the
most professional hospitality companies can provide enough opportunities for me to
be successful. Second, I like to work in a larger hospitality company than a smaller
one. Hilton Worldwide is one of the largest and fastest growing hospitality companies
in the world. They also have a wonderful working environment for employees at the
same time.
