Berlin, 4 March 2009 – Visitors to the ITB Berlin, from 11-15 March 2009, are invited to hear and see the
news from Design Hotels™ at its newly designed stand: Hall 9, Stand 312. A highlight in itself, the innovative
stand was created by Thies Wulf and Gisela Magin of MAGINWULF STUDIOS and incorporates an audio-
visual installation for visitors to have a new way to experience the brand and its member hotels.
2009 sees a new era for Design Hotels™, which is being launched with The Design Hotels™ Book, a new edition
of its magazine, now New Directions and the complete re-launch of the website www.designhotels.com. Design
Hotels™ will also present forward-looking travel and hospitality trends and bring the creative minds behind its
member properties to the fore.

You are invited to a special press preview with Claus Sendlinger, the company's founder and CEO, on
10 March from 6-8 pm. The Berlin event is the culmination of a 17-city press tour around the globe. Claus will
unveil the new direction of the Design Hotels™ brand and demonstrate what always has – and will continue to –
set it apart from other hospitality brands: the people behind the concepts!
