Events to remember
The Torres family of seasoned hoteliers has developed a workshop programme for groups embracing all the virtues
of the island. Some workshops focus on team building and others on personal education and well-being (Yoga,
cooking classes, laughter therapy), but all activities strive to reach the same goal: to provide value and lasting
benefits to its participants.

Highlights of Aguas de Ibiza’s holistic incentive programme

• DJ Clinics - Led by a professional DJ, groups learn how to mix songs and to stimulate their creativity. The
coolest music compilation and the best mixed song receives the “Aguas Grammy” at the DJ Awards Gala
Dinner. But in the end all participants are winners, because even the worst song receives recognition.

• Ruta de la Sal - This team competition emulates the famous sailing regatta organised in 1846 to transport
salt from Salinas Pitiusas to Barcelona, in a desperate attempt to provide the city with salt during the Carlist
army siege. Every year a regatta takes place in remembrance of this historic incident. The Aguas de Ibiza
version is organised specifically for companies who want to build teamwork among their staff. Each crew,
captained by a professional, will have to work hand in hand to reach the finish line. Winners are rewarded
with a relaxing treatment at the Revival Wellness Club.

• Yoga and Meditation - Cobra, warrior or even the downward facing dog: Yoga has visual names for its poses
that foster both strength and relaxation. In this workshop guests will learn the basics of Yoga and
meditation, because relaxation is the first step in restoring energy for a stress-packed life. And learning how
to breathe and to disconnect properly is the key to inner calm. Every participant will be able to use the
simple tools in their everyday life in order to feel and perform better.

• Taste Ibiza - The health benefits of the Mediterranean diet are world famous. In this workshop chef Carlos
Guerrero will teach the participants hidden secrets of Ibicencan cuisine. They will learn how to cook
flavourful avant-garde dishes. Participants will benefit from this workshop and take back simple but effective
ideas of how to create a healthy diet at home.

Laughter therapy workshops and art lessons round off the holistic experience programme designed for groups who
want to get the most out of the lesser known side of Ibiza.
