    Article XVIII Group Life and Accident Insurance


    CURRENT
    Section 1 The Company shall
    continue to provide each
    covered employee with group
    life and accident insurance in
    accordance with company
    policy, a copy of which shall be
    provided to employees

    PROPOSED
    Section 1 - The Company shall
    continue to provide each
    covered employee with group
    life and accident insurance plan,
    with accidental death,
    dismemberment and critical
    illness coverage at a face value
    of at least One Hundred Fifty
    Thousand Pesos (P150,000)

    I got some illustrations from Philam Life and Sunlife. I think most
    institutions offers standard Group Life and Accident Insurance. I
    just emphasized that the insurance should have accidental death,
    dismemberment and critical illness coverage that correspond to
    the nature of the employees work.
