PHASE -2 PLC REDUNDANCY CONTROL SYSTEM

We refer to the above mentioned subject Kindly be

informed that, the problem of Ph II PLC in the secondary
chasse, redundancy processor is out of serves due to redundancy
module is disqualified with primary chasse and the control net
file in control net card doesnt matched with primary card, this
case need to plant shutdown about 2 Hr to make new control
network file and downloaded to two processor at off-line mode.
The flowing steps taking to solve problem and save plant
running.
1- Taking the image from control net file (*.xc) from primary
chasse by using RsNet works for control net program.
2- Defined new path for control net file in RSlogix 5000 for
PH II application in redundancy card (off-line mode).
3- Defined RS 232 communication by using RS Linx to
enable access to processor without shutdown network
(plant shutdown).
4- Download PH II application to processor.
5- Restart power up chasse.

6- The system takes certain time and bake to normal
