1. Literacy:

Read your leveled reading book aloud to your parents for 10 minutes per
night. Remember to fill out your reading log.
Turn in your reading log on Friday for
your teacher to check.
2. Literacy:
Each time you read this week, have your parents ask you some of the Book
Talk questions which are on the back of this sheet (or below on weebly). Answer them
orally.
3. Math:
Make sure that you are practicing your MAD Minute sheets that we send home
each week!!!
4. Inquiry:
We have started poetry in writing workshop. The kids are very excited to read
and write their own poems! In class, we have been talking about the different elements
of poems and types. Please take some time to write a few poems at home of your
choice in your homework notebook. Be ready to share on Friday with the class!!!
