Re: Request for Bridge of Contract
To whom it may concern,
This letter is to request for bridge of contract for Unit Number 1020B
Victoria De Tomas Morato for the year 2016. The said unit was
acquired by Jessica Escover Fenol.
May this also serve as a request to waive all amount considered as
FINE garnered from July 2015, since the person who handled the
first bridge of contract gave a wrong computation for the months of
July to December 2015. (Please see attached).
Also, I would like to request my middle name to be corrected from
ESCOBER to ESCOVER. It is not shown in the actual contract but
always shows up in other paperworks, and it is the wrong spelling.
Note: Please provide total amount of paid until December 2015.
Also, please state the total amount to be paid for the new bridge of
contract agreement from January to December 2016 and the
remaining balance after the new bridge of contract total.
