I. QUY NH CHUNG
1. Phm vi iu chnh
Quy chun k thut quc gia (sau y gi tt l Quy chun) ny quy nh cc yu cu
k thut v qun l v cht lng, v sinh an ton i vi cc cht lm dy c s dng
vi mc ch lm ph gia thc phm.
2. i tng p dng
Quy chun ny p dng i vi:
2.1. T chc, c nhn nhp khu, xut khu, sn xut, bun bn v s dng cc
cht lm dy lm ph gia thc phm (sau y gi tt l t chc, c nhn).

Dung dch:
- Dung dch gc (1mg/ml): Pha mt th tch thch hp ca
dung dch chun ch cng b vi nc ct v kh ion

- Dung dch trung gian: (a) 100 g/ml: Dng pipet ly 10 ml
dung dch gc cho vo bnh nh mc dung tch 100 ml v

- Dung dch chun: Ly 4 bnh nh mc dung tch 100 ml v
chuyn vo chng ln lt 1, 5, 10, 20 ml dung dch ch
trung gian (b). Pha n th tch 100 ml bng D/D nc
to cc dung dch c nng l 0,1; 0,5; 1 v 2 g Pb/ml.
Chun b mu: (Ch : cch lm ny s dng cc acid oxy
ho m c v dn n bay hi ca cc kh c. Phi thc
hin trong t ht).
Cn chnh xc 7,5 g mu th dng bt kh i din cho vo
bnh Erlenmeyer dung tch 250 ml. Lm mu trng v thc
hin cc bc tng t nh vi mu th. Lm m mu th
bng khong 10 ml D/D nc v thm 25 ml dung dch acid
nitric. Gia nhit nh nhng trn tm gia nhit (100 1500C)
cho n khi hu ht khi en thot ra (khong 1 gi); Thnh
thong lc bnh. Lm ngui v thm 5 ml dung dch acid
perchloric; giai on ny cc cu t tr nn d nhn thy.
Gia nhit nh nhng (bng tm gia nhit, 100 1500C)
c cho n khi dung dch chuyn sang mu hi vng hoc
khng mu (khong 1 gi). gia qu trnh gia nhit nu
dung dch sm mu, thm t t my ln 2 3 ml dung dch
acid nitric nu cn thit cho n khi t c mu mong
mun; khng c dung dch cn. Lm ngui phn
gia nhit v ra thnh bnh bng khong 5 ml D/D nc v
lc xoy. B sung 2 ml dung dch acid hydrochloric. Gia
nhit li cho n khi tt c khi mu nu c thot ra v
dung dch c mu trng ti vng nht. Khng c dung
dch cn. Lm ngui dung dch v ra thnh bnh bng
khong 10 ml D/D nc. Chuyn dung dch hi nht vo
bnh nh mc dung tch 50 ml v pha n th tch 50 ml

Nguyn tc:
Cc alcol c chuyn thnh cc ester nitrit tng ng v
c xc nh bng sc k kh khng gian hi.
Chun b mu:
Ho tan 100 mg mu trong 10 ml nc s dng NaCl nh l
cht lm phn tn nu cn.
Dung dch ni chun:
Chun b dung dch nc cha 50 mg/l n propanol
Dung dch alcol chun:
Chun b dung dch nc cha 50 mg/l mi loi ethanol v
isopropanol
Cch tin hnh:
Cn 200 mg ure cho vo mt l sm mu dung tch 25 ml
(Reacti-flasks, Pierce, Rockford, IL, USA, hoc tng
ng). Lm trong bng nitrogen trong 5 pht v sau thm
1 ml dung dch acid oxalic bo ho, ng bng nt cao su v
lc xoy. Thm 1 ml dung dch mu, 1 ml dung dch ni chun
v ng thi bt u bm gi (T = 0). Lc xoy l v y nt
li bng nt xoy c m cao su silicon. Lc xoy cho n khi
T = 30 giy. Ti thi im T = 45 giy, bm qua m cao su
silicon 0,5 ml dung dch natri nitrit (250 g/l). Lc mnh cho n
khi T = 70 giy v T = 150 giy ht qua m cao su silicon 1
ml khng gian hi s dng syringe kho p (Precision
Sampling Corp., Baton Rouge, Louisiana, USA, hoc tng
ng).
Sc k kh:
a kim syringe vo cng bm; y mu sau m syringe

Chun b chun:

bng nc v lc u. Chuyn 10 ml dung dch ny vo
bnh thu tinh c nt mi dung tch 50 ml v tip tc theo
m t trong phn Chun b mu , bt u vi Dng
pipet ly 20 ml dung dch HCl N cho vo bnh .
