Arrangement Notes
Okay, so the really awesome ethereal stuff at the front of this song is provided by
the blue Line 6 pedal, or an ebow, or something. Since neither of our guitarists
have that pedal were going to have to work out something else. Tony Im going
to need you to cover this one. We either need to prerecord something from
Atmosphere, or you can play it live. Whichever one winds up working. Gary, you
can add to the ethereal element if you come up with something. Do you have a
volume pedal? I cant remember.
Yancy, youll be leading this one. Will the key of D be too low or too high for you?
Ive had a listen to some of your stuff on iTunes and judging by your voice the
range of this song is right up your ally. Do you want to free yourself up from your
guitar as well. Jordan can handle the acoustic for you if youd like.
I like the end they chose on the album, but Im not sure if it will work for us. At
least not every time. Well need to have a look at where it winds up being in the
sets. We should probably come up with another ending that isnt so abrupt. Go
back into another turnaround and end on the G chord or something.
