OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF L.O.I. / P.O.
1 INEL will depute 2 engineers at site for carrying out SAT activity on Lump sum basis
(i.e. Min 42 days Max 52 days.)
2 Any engineer more than 1 nos, will be charged as per below
of agreed man-days

rates: after completion

For Sr. Engineer INR 10,000/Manday

3 Idle man-days period - 2 consecutive working man-days.
4 Charges for Idle man-days will be as follows:
For Sr. Engineer - INR 10,000/Manday
5 Duration of job: Minimum 45 days + 7 days grace period with 2 engineers from date of
commencement of job (Max 52 days)
6 Rates includes To & Fro Air fare ticket from India to China & visa charges for 2 no of
visit.
7 Accommodation charges considered for Maximum working days, thereafter per days
charges of INR 4,200/per day will be applicable.
8 Other local transport at site will be provided by L & T.
9 Payment terms:
15 days credit from date of invoice on submission of reports authorized by L & T and
customer representative, as per the
following weightage of progress.
Component test completion------------------60%
Completion of scheme checks----------------30%
HV Test-------------------------------------5%
Commissioning of Board with actual voltage--5%
