Our gap year

for our perfect gap year, we decided to go to these places. We

knew exactly what we were going to do and what places we were
going to visit. We bought a round the world ticket, which cost
4000 and included all the flights and hotels prices. During our
trip, we went to lots of different countries, but the main places
were Italy and Japan
When I went to Japan I climbed mount Fuji: its Japans highest
mountain at 12,388 feet, it was so beautiful! I also lost myself
in Akihabara and I went to a sumo tournament. It was funny
and crazy, when these guys hit the ground, you'd better hold
on to your seat as there's a chance it might register on the
Richter scale.
The first place I went to was Italy and there I visited the world
famous Pisa Tower, was built over a period of about 177 years.
The next place I went to was Pompeii. That city was covered with
ash and soil because a volcano called Vesuvius erupted. Today
Pompeii is one of the most popular tourist attractions of Italy, with
approximately 2,500,000 visitors every year. I also went to the
Colosseum in Rome, that its the largest and most famous
amphitheater in the Roman world.
