‘Then the teacher will explain the style of art and give some background information about
Pablo Picasso's paintings. Then the teacher will analyze the pictures with the students by
finding what colors and shapes are used in the different pictures of Pablo Picasso. After the
teacher will give a definition of what are patterns and lines in a painting, and explain how
to identify some of these elements. When the teacher finishes identifying the different
elements in the paintings with the students then the students will get into small groups. The
teacher will provide each group with a color picture of the Three Musicians on a poster.
‘Teacher will then provide the students with a list of questions about the picture of Three
Musicians. Some of the questions about the picture will be, what shapes , lines, and
Patterns can you find? What instruments are in the picture? What colors are used in the
picture?After each group is done answering the questions the teacher will have them share
their answers with the class.
