Observed Strengths: /

Areas in which further development is needed:

Much better, organised start to the lesson

Objectives set out and explained and review of
previous lesson set.
Discipline rules set out.
Used a variety of teaching strategies to teach
the subject.
Better pacing of the lesson with a proper
ending.

Differentiation - there was an attempt in the lesson but

they were slightly too hard so the students could not
work independently.
More classroom management The children were calm
during the video but became unmanageable during the
activity. This was partly because it was difficult for many
and also because the shouting and moving about was
not stopped early enough. Noura needs to work on her
voice so students know when she is serious etc.

General Comments:

Progress has been made and Noura is more confident in what she is doing. She worked hard to build a
good relationship with the class and has always listened to advice. She needs to reflect now and really wok
hard on her presence in the classroom. She must learn how to act in front of the children because now
her voice stays at the same level whether or not she is praising or rebuking.
