Abstract: Education is the process by which the community seeks to empower
individuals to live and work in it. In this way, trying to convey their culture, including the
standards by which they would like to live. What is particularly noticeable in the educational
thought in recent years is the enthusiasm with which education is accepted as an instrument for
achieving social ideals. With the development of science and increasing the breakthrough
technology in all segments of society, we came at a time when new technologies take on greater
roles in the development of each individual. Television has become a medium which accompany
all age groups of people. A growing percentage of people sitting next to TVs and more hours a
day. elevision take role of education, particularly through scientific and educational programs
and become a convenient means of education to youth and other generational structure.
