Be Thankful

November 29-December 5

Review the central truth, the memory verse, prayer and

confessions, and read the Bible story with your child each
day. As this is done, let your child color in or put a sticker
on the power outlet located on the back of the devotional.
At the end of the week please sign as proof of completion
and return to the teacher. Children who complete 3 weeks
Power Cords in a month will have their picture posted in
the foyer of Power Source.

Have a thankful attitude.

Father God,

Jesus saw some men coming toward Him who had a bad
skin disease called leprosy. They were not allowed to go
to the temple or live with their families. They begged
Jesus to show them mercy. Jesus told them to go show
themselves to the priests. As they went, they were made
whole! Their skin looked brand new! Of the ten men,
only one of them returned to give Jesus thanks. He was
so grateful that Jesus had healed him. Luke 17:11-19

I am so grateful for You. Thank you for loving me so much.

Thank you for my parents, teachers, Pastor Ron, and his
family. Help them to be filled with the knowledge of Your
will (Col. 1:9). Forgive me when I make bad choices.
Help me to obey my parents so things will go well with
me and I will live a long life on the earth. I will tell others
how great You are and how much I love you. Thank you
that because of the stripes on Jesus back, I am healed and
whole.
In Jesus Name,
Amen

Put on the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness. Isaiah 61:3

Psalm 100:4
