Hi! If you are reading this, it means you might be a potential employer
of mine, in which case hello, I hope this helps in making a decision!
My name, is Alec AJ Kreinbring, and I have some decent job
experience from my years, including but not limited to:
1. Lifeguard training, certification, and experience for 3 years,
starting from when I was a counselor in training at a Boy Scout camp
over the summer in 2012
2. Extensive experience with watching, tutoring, and teaching
young children. (i.e. teaching swim lessons, being a camp counselor,
and dealing with two troublesome sisters)
3. Good work ethic and will to help people. I always revere the
chance to make a difference in a persons life. If I can make a smile,
my work is halfway done already.
4. Experience with secretary/administrative work and tasks. I
recently was hired as a Desk Assistant for Atchinson Hall, at Wayne
State University.

Personal Achievements of mine:
Eagle Scout award, awarded June 27th, 2013.
Acceptance into the Wayne State Irvin D. Reid Honors College.
Over 120 hours of volunteer work with my home parish.
Varsity Swim Team for all four years of high school.
Strengths:
I am a hard worker and I try to show up on time (if not early) to
my shifts.
I try to make a beneficial experience for any customer or patron.
I am a leader when I can be, but I follow orders just as well.

Weaknesses:
If I have too much on my plate, I stress out easily- but I try to
keep on top of my tasks as well as possible.
I often take the initiative, but sometimes I take too much of an
initiative and make some things harder for others.
I like to have fun as well as get jobs done, sometimes fraternizing
too much with other workers.
