Bila ada pertukaran jadwal shift, harap konfirmasi dengan Karu
Pertukaran jadwal Maximal 3X dalam sebulan dan seizin Karu
Jika Pertukaran lebih dari 3X harap meminta izin langsung keBidang Keperawatan
Permohonan cuti diajukan 1 bulan sebelumnya & dalam 1 bulan maximal 2 orang.
(harap pengertiannya selama ada pegawai baru, minimalisir cuti krn keterbatasan pegawai yg ada)
