We ask Brianna to handle a host of duties including handling/ereating/editing social medi logging and transeribing footage, helping cameramen/producers on shoots for our Lifestyle Show FYI Philly, High School Huddle, our Ethinie Parades and other remote produetions like the Thanksgiving Day Parade. She helps with researching information for High School Huddle, as well as sending footage/clips of segments for subjects that were interviewed. She is working on writing scripts and editing her own stories. She is given tasks, but has plenty of her seripts and editing and had ample opportunity to shadow and ask questions of the producers and editors. 2. Describe the form and frequency of communication with the intern, Myself, my Publie Affairs coordinator and all the Programming Producers speak and dole out duties to Brianna everyday she is here at WPVI-TV, 6abe. She is given tasks, but has plenty of time to work on her seripts and editing and had ample opportunity to shadow and ask questions of the producers and editors as long as she has taken the initiative to do so. 3. How much time would you estimate that the student spent observing your leadership style? Myself, my Public Affairs Coordinator and all the Programming Producers interface with Brianna everyday she is here at WPVI-TV. When she took the initiative to do so, she asked questions of myself and the producers. 4, What were the outcomes of this experience for the student? Please list major projects assigned and completed, Brianna had quite a robust and active internship. She observed on approximately fifteen (15) Programming shoots and three (3) LIVE on-air productions including the Thanksgiving Day Parade, She wrote two (2) of her own scripts and edited one of those seripts. She created five (5) social media posts for our FYI Philly brand. Outside of our department, Brianna observed production in the News Department, our Parade Department and even our Creative Services Department.
