ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT

For the month of December 16- 31, 2013

Details of the accomplishment report of the special team office of the governor.
We, the special team from the office of the governor conducted a monitoring to all the
priority programs implemented from different areas in the province of Sorsogon.
Result: It is very effectively done by concerned office, particularly the health program
from all the municipalities of the province of Sorsogon.
