The drama reflects the common problems that a common
man faces when he visits govt. office for some officially work. The drama starts with the Bail Gadi that stops in the middle of a road. The owner Musaddi Lal Yadav goes for its repair leaving his wife with it. In the meantime a traffic police constable (Shukla) puts a No Parking board in front of the bail gadi. He takes it with him to the police station and sells it for Rs 35000/-. The police staffs are enjoying party with that money; Musaddi comes to police station enquiring about it. He asks for his Bail Gadi to Shukla. Shukla sends him to Inspector Patel, who is the most corrupt among them. He asks Musaddi to pay Rs500/- as fine but settles with bribe of Rs250/-. Patel then sends him to Inspector Bhatia who eats more than doing work. His work precedes and succeeds a plate of Samosas. He asks Musaddi to pay Rs14000/- bribe but Musaddi refuses. Bhatia asks him to come with proper papers next time. In between the play character like Shaktimaan is brought by Havaldaar Tinde, who misuses English words, and is asked to pay bribe for flying in the air. Musaddi brings his friends from Afghanistan to scare them. He does make them scared. They ask him to come tomorrow and collect his Bail Gadi. After this the policemen decide not to return him his Bail Gadi in any case. They take oath for it. Next morning when Musaddi comes to collect his Bail Gadi, he is again sent to Patel who again sends him to Bhatia and the cycle continues. Finally Musaddi Lal gets fed up and he did
give up. Grabbing the opportunity the police staffs ask
him to hang to death and he agrees with silence. And finally after so much of torture and pain, Musaddi Lal dies.
