Strengths
-

I am well Organised.
I am very hardworking.
I have a very fond interest in
the world of Information
Technology and therefore this
reflects my passion.
I adapt into most atmospheres
well and therefore I will have no
problem fitting into my new
placement atmosphere.

Opportunities
-

There are many opportunities in

the IT field as there are many
avenues and types of roles in
the IT sector.
I am keeping up to date with
the fast changing IT sector by
regularly reading articles under
the technology section on top
media broadsheet newspapers.
My use of SAS and Balsamic
equips me to deal with any web
design work or any data
analysing and these two fields
are quite common when
working in the IT sector.

Weaknesses
-

I am sometimes a bit quiet and

therefore I need to be more
vocal
- My leadership skills are weak or
untested and therefore I might
be quite reluctant to lead
certain projects if I am not very
well informed of them
- I dislike public speaking and
therefore presenting
PowerPoints in front of big
audiences is something I need
practising on.
Threats
-

There is a lot of competition in

the IT field therefore good
knowledge and good grades are
a must.
The IT sector is ever changing
and therefore you need to keep
up to date with new trends and
technologies.
The requirements for IT roles
include the knowledge for
Maths and sometimes English
capabilities and this can limit
some students for certain roles
or they can end up getting
rejected.

highlighted my personal strengths and weaknesses as well as describing any
