THE BURN TOOL

The burn tool is used to lighten and darken areas of an

image. The more you paint over an area, the lighter or

darker it becomes.
The burn tool can be used by dragging over various
part of an image to your liking, Dark, lighter etc.

WHAT DOES ITS LOOK LIKE? LOCATION?

The Burn Tool is the 14th Tool, Located between the Smudge Tool and the Pen tool.
The burn tool is very similar to the Dodge tool.

STEPS
Select The Burn Tool
Choose the size and hardness of the brush.
Adjust the options: Midtones- Changes the middle range of grays.
Shadows- Changes the dark areas.
Highlights- Changes the light areas.
Tweak Exposure to liking.
Drag the brush over the area you would like to apply burn.
