CONDUCT OF THE 1* DIVISION TECHNOLYMPICS

Heads, Public and Private Integrated/General Secondary Schools/Tech-Voc Schools
1, The 1* Division Technolympics shall be conducted on February 1-2, 2013 Pilar
Technical High School, Pilar, Bohol.
2. A 100% participation of all public and private integrated/secondary/tech-voe
schools is expected.
3. To have a smooth and effective conduct of the 1 Technolympics and discuss
clearly the contest packages. listed in Enclosure No.1, there shall be a Final
Planning Conference to be held on January 8, 2013 at Pilar Tec-Voc High School
Pilar, Bohol The Conference will start at 9:00 AM. It will be attended in by all
Public and Private Integrated/Secondary/Tech-Voc School Heads or his/her
representative and the School TLE Coordinators.
4. Registration fee of One Hundred Fifty Pesos (P150.00) for the final planning
conference shall be collected from the participants. Registration fee, traveling
expenses and other incidental expenses are chargeable against School
MOOE/School Funds/SEF /Local Schoo! Board Funds/PTCA Funds and any other
sources of funds subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.

allowed reasonable time to comply with, and submit other requirements of the

6. All officially registered coaches, heads and members of the working committees,
including Contest Administrators. Contest Coordinators and Contest Secretaries,
shall be given equivalent service credits for working during Saturdays and Sundays
as stipulated in pertinent DepEd issuances.7. Registration fee of Two Hundred Twenty Pesos (P220.00) for the 1*
Technolympies shall be collected from each participant to cover expenses for
lodging, use of venue, light and sound services, physical arrangement, trophies,
plaque, certificates, honoraria and other incidental expenses. Registration fee,
transportation, per diem and expenses for materials relative to the contests are
chargeable against School MOOE/School Funds/SEF /Local School Board
Funds/PTCA Funds and any other sources of funds subject to the usual accounting
and auditing rules and regulations.
8. To determine the exact number of participants to be accommodated by the host
school, all Public and Private Integrated/Secondary/Tech-Voe School Heads are
requested to submit the list of names of the participants using the attached
Registration Form (RF) format on or before January 18, 2013 Attention: Dr. Fe
