to the baggage belt to carousels and either outside or onward to connecting flights, dealing with
tens of thousands of international passengers daily. I started as a skycap (Shop Steward-TWU),
worked my way up to Office Assistant, Personnel Coordinator, Assistant Supervisor and then
Floor Supervisor, responsible for 35-40 (employees reporting directly) of 350 employees.
