slideforthisvitalinformation.Bytheendofthepresentationyouraudienceshouldknowwho
yourcompanyisandwhattheystandfor.

CommonMistakes:

Donotuseanimated,musicorflyintransitions.Thesemakeyourpresentationlasttoo
longandaredistracting.
Donotoverusepunctuation.Youcanmakestatementswithoutperiodsandexclamation
marks.
Donotuseallcapitalsinaword.Thisisdistractingandlacksetiquette.
Donotreadyourslides.Youshouldhavebriefstatementsthatyoucanexpandon.
Memorizeyourspeechandusetheslidesascuecards.
Donotassumethetechnologywillwork.Comepreparedtowingit,youcanevenbring
somehandoutsjustincase.
