Goals and objectives

Goal 1: Increase knowledge and competence of the TR/APIED Process in an

adult psychiatric inpatient care setting.
Objective 1: Read psych tech reports and all other readings supplied
by the TRS
Objective 2: Follow one patient throughout the entire process of
his/her stay at LDS hospital and keep a written log of what was
learned.
Goal 2: Contribute to the overall effectiveness and betterment of the TR
program.
Objective 1: Efficiently lead or help facilitate in each group that is
offered.
Objective2: Research and compile a list of additional community
resources for staff to give to clients in their discharges
