I have a big weakness in that I have not held a position that has put me directly in this position with education. However, I have had direct roles involving working with students one on one in an assistant role. I would say that I am eager to take more of a hands on approach to helping children. I have always worked well with others in all positions that I have had and have always been open to ideas and change. I can be a leader when needed but can also follow the direction of others.
