Causal Argument Analysis Topic Sentence and Intro
Know for Sure is a short film on the dangers and treatment of venereal disease. In the
opening, Tony is excited for his newborn to be born, but the doctor tells him his son was born
dead. Tony now faces the fact that his past sexual history is what killed his son. Throughout the
film a doctor continues to diagnosis patience and discusses the problems of venereal diseases and
help patient live better lives. The three arguments I would like to analyze is the possible way
syphilis can be transferred, how STD's can affect a mother trying to have a baby, and how
syphilis can be cured.
