These rubrics demonstrate my development in Professional Competency 2

and 5. I provide these rubrics to my students before each assignment and

explain how their work will be graded. I explain each component of the rubric
in detail and ensure that all students understand how they will be evaluated.
In explaining these rubrics, it demonstrates my proficiency in explaining the
contents of the rubric, hence PC2, and addressing what I will be looking for in
each assignment and how I will be evaluating each student, which is PC5.
