The town is worried?

People in the town are getting

worried. A nearby lake looks like
it is getting taken over by algae.
Environmentalist say that this
can happen if more than 0.10
mole of ammonia is added daily
to the lake. An environmental
assessment was done recently
for a nearby coal plant. It
predicts that the plant is emitting
3.37x1025 molecules of ammonia
annually. Could this algae take
over be the coal plants fault?
