Please accept this as a letter of endorsement for Jessica Woolard. I am the Director of
Operations for CMR Partners LLP, dba Ponderosa Steakhouse. I have had the pleasure of working
with Jessica since 2011, when I returned to the company that year. When I first met her she was an
Assistant Manager for me at the Anderson Ponderosa Steakhouse. The first thing that I admired about
her was her positive can do attitude. Although she was very young at that time she did not let that get
in her way or ever use it as an excuse. Jessica always takes ownership and accountability in anything
she does. She has the drive and desire to be the best. Any task that is given to her she attacks with
great enthusiasm. Even in tough situations she keeps her head up and a positive outlook. She has
matured greatly and grown into a superior manager for our team learning many roles and
responsibilities. Where she used to shy away from talking to guests in the dining room, she has
become very comfortable and capable of handling difficult situations. Jessica was a crucial part of a
new opening management team at a new location. She did a wonderful job in managing her tasks and
helping to ensure everything went smoothly. I am sure in whatever Jessica decides to go after in life
she will be successful!
