The Weather Game!

How to play!
o Adults form one team, and children the other.
o Adults spread the cards on the table so the child can
see whats on them.
o Adults keep the cards with weather words where the
child cant see them.
o Flip the timer over and begin!
o The Adult calls out a weather card and shows the
child, the child then picks out an item they might use
in that kind of weather from the table
o Get as many matches as you can before time runs
out!
Most Importantly, Have Fun!

Checklist of Items!
Before you send this kit back with your student please make
sure the bag contains the following items!
Please use the paper clips to clip the object cards together
and the weather cards together so that they are easy for the
next student and their family to use.

objects in the sky. The student is expected to:
(A) observe and describe weather changes from day to
day and over seasons;
(B) identify events that have repeating patterns, including
seasons of the year and day and night; and
(C) observe, describe, and illustrate objects in the sky
such as the clouds, Moon, and stars, including the Sun
