Dear Customer Relations:
I purchased a Bacon Philly Cheesesteak in one of your restaurants located in
Maryland. By the time I went back home and opened it I found the problem. The
Philly cheese was all in bad shape and it looked as if someone had stepped on it.
Also there was no bacon in the Philly Cheese Steak.
I went back to the restaurant to see what I could do to get my money back or get
another Bacon Philly Cheesesteak served properly. I talked to the manager to see
what he could do to help me in this situation.
The manager in the restaurant checked my product and saw the poorly done job to
assemble my Philly Cheese and understood my complaint. The manager prepared
me another one himself in the proper way and also gave me a coupon for two free
meals.
I was pleased with the response the manager gave me and how he reacted to my
complain. I will come back to Checkers once again just because of how the manager
treated me.
