Evaluation of Sources

1) Robertson, John A. "Science Disputes In Abortion Law." Texas Law Review

93.7 (2015):
1849-1883. Business Source Premier. Web. 25 Sept. 2015.
The article was published in June of 2015. The article has not been revised or
updated
recently. No my topic does not require current information, I will use new and older
information. Yes the links are functional. Yes the information relates to my topic and
it answers
one of my questions on what the laws are on abortion. The information provided is
at an
appropriate level. I have gone through other sources and selected five different
ones. The
author is John A Robertson.
2) Robb, Amanda. "Abortion Is Legal." Cosmopolitan 256.9 (2014): 258.
MasterFILE
Premier. Web. 25 Sept. 2015.
The information to this article was posted in September of 2014. The information of
the
article does relate to my topic because it talks about clinics that deal with abortions
on the
daily. The author of this article is Amanda Robb. Looking throughout the article there
are no
spelling, or grammar errors. The purpose of this information in the article is to
inform the
reader on what clinics have to say about abortions. The article is not too advanced
for the grade
level that I am in but it might be too advanced for younger students.

3) "Abortion." Georgetown Journal Of Gender & The Law 15.1 (2014): 3-35. Business
Source Premier. Web. 25 Sept. 2015.
The information of the article was published in September of 2015. The intended
audience for this article is really anybody who wants to know about the laws and
some cases of
abortion. The topic relates to my information and tells some case stories about
abortion. The source of the article is Georgetown journal of gender and law. Looking
throughout the article
there are no spelling or grammar errors. The purpose of the information is to inform
readers
about different abortion cases and the abortion rights in the United States. I think
the source
would be rated a 4 for me because it gives us the abortion rights and talks about
abortion
cases.

4) Mohr, James C. Abortion In America : The Origins And Evolution Of National Policy,
1800-1900. New York: Oxford University Press, USA, 1978. eBook Academic
Collection
(EBSCOhost). Web. 25 Sept. 2015.
The book that I chose for this source was published In 1978. My topic I am using will
not need
only current information. The information inside of the book is the history of
abortion. That fits
well in the topic that I chose because Im trying to learn as much as I can about
abortion. The
author of the book is James C Mohr. The author is qualified to write on the topic
because he is a
very smart writer. The only information out of a book that I have seen in this
website is the one
that I am writing on right now. The book just pretty much talks about the history on
abortion.
5) Cohen, I. Glenn. "Are All Abortions Equal? Should There Be Exceptions To The
Criminalization Of Abortion For Rape And Incest?." Journal Of Law, Medicine & Ethics

43.1 (2015): 87-104. Consumer Health Complete - EBSCOhost. Web. 25 Sept. 2015.
The information on this article has not been revised or updated since it was
published
back in the spring of 2015. I think that this article that I found is the best one for my
topic. It
talks about how not all abortions are equal and that there are different reasons for
getting an
abortion done. The source of the article is Journal of Law, medicine and ethics. The
author Glen
l Cohen did not post his email or any other contact information. The purpose of this
article is to
just inform people that not everyone gets and abortion to get rid of having a kid.
Different
things happen to different people and not everyone can control what happens to
them. Some
people can get raped, some could just accidently get pregnant and some just cant
afford having
a baby at that point in their life.
