1. References:
a. Weekly Assessment re SOP LAMBAT-SIBAT at PRO3 (July 27 to
August 2, 2015) held at PRO3 Conference Room, Camp Olivas, City of San
Fernando Pampanga on August 4, 2015; and
b. PNP SOP Nr. ODO-2015-001 PNP Standard Operating Procedures
(SOP) in Managing Police Operations @ LAMBAT-SIBAT
3. In compliance with the above references, this office is still reviewing the
lists of loose firearms with regards to Oplan Katok as well with personalities and
establishments suspected to be involved in buying/selling second hand stolen
motorcycle parts as per Anti Fencing Law and with regards to the Carnapping /
Motornapping incident within AOR for possible application of Search Warrant.
