    MeSC

    The Media Stream Controller (MeSC) represents Saftware handling creation, connections and
    removal of terminations. This MO is used for fault handling only to raise and cease alarms and to
    show in which Reliable Programmer Uniter (RPU) board the failed MeSC is located. Maximum
    16 Mesc MOs can be created in the node.
