Water Cycle

by Kate-lynn, Mackenzie, and Olivia

Evaporation
1. Evaporation is a type of vaporization of a liquid that occurs from the
surface of a liquid into a gaseous phase that is not saturated with the
evaporating substance. The other type of vaporization is boiling, which is
characterized by bubbles of saturated vapor forming in the liquid phase.

collection
The sun is hot and the heat from the sun is directed to the lakes and rivers which
makes the water evaporate. All the water that is evaporated from the lakes and
rivers is in the clouds that is why the clouds
are dark from all the water. When the water gets heavy unuf it falls out of the clouds
it can turn into snow,
sleet, hail, and rain. The ground collects all the water and flows to the lakes and
rivers

precipitation
1. In meteorology, precipitation is any product of the condensation of
atmospheric water vapour that falls under gravity. The main forms of
precipitation include drizzle, rain, sleet, snow, graupel and hail.

condensation
water that collects as droplets on a cold surface when humid air is in contact
with it.Condensation is the process by which water vapor in the air is changed
into liquid water. Condensation is crucial to the water cycle because it is
responsible for the formation of clouds. These clouds may produce
precipitation, which is the primary route for water to return to the ...
