Install select without internet connection

as installkey use 12345678901112131415 for standalone
or 22345678901112131415 for network version
2. When asked for license file use included license.dat file.
3. after install copy the cracked dll + exe file into directory, overwrite exist
ing (x64 for 64bit, x86 for 32bit)
