How Yoga Has Helped Me
1. What concepts did you learn about Life Long Wellness from taking this course?
Some concepts that I learned in Yoga have really helped me in everyday life. The balance
yoga requires is something I was able to implement from day to day. I have learned how
important sleep is to my body and also relaxation, along with healthy eating habits. I have
definitely been able to take away many life lessons.
2. Discuss specifically the ways in which learning about and applying Life Long Wellness

concepts from this course has impacted/improved your life. (Home,school,work,etc.)


Yoga has helped to improve my life in many ways. I have been able to use breathing
techniques that I learned to help me fall asleep. Also, the balance is something that has
helped me most of all. I am able to know when my body has had enough and when it

needs more of a push.


3. Explain how you will continue to implement and apply the concepts discussed in your

previous response to your life, long after this course.


Implementing yoga techniques is something that I have easily been able to apply and use
in my everyday life. I know I will continue to use the techniques to better my life. I will
also be able to provide what Ive learned to the people around me
